Old Town Printing Proof Form

Creating your document involves teamwork between you and Old Town Printing. You are allowed TWO proofs at no cost to look for errors and make changes in the design.

Additional proofs will be provided at a cost of $10 per proof. If we make a change to your layout, you MUST view a proof before we complete your job.

1. Make some changes to the original layout (remember each revision and proof is $10 after the 2nd proof)
2. Job is ready to complete, there are no changes or errors - let 'er RIP!
